Two-Way Shutoff Safe Flat Face Quick couplings made of 316 stainless steel are widely used in heavy industry including chemical and petroleum industry, hydraulic equipment application. On disconnection, flat face valves present closure to prevent the fluid to flow out. Flat surface features low fluid remains on disconnection and low air inclusion on connection. Safe lock prevents the disconnection of socket and plug when the accidental collision happens. Once the plug connects with the socket, the coupling will be locked by manual operation. The socket is one male end and another end is flat face. Viton seal (FKM seal, fluorinated, carbon-based synthetic rubber) is applied to high and low temperatures of environment.
