316 stainless steel tube fittings double ferrules- front and back ferrules- are widely used to reinforce soft tube in component assembly of instrumentation, food, chemical, petrochemical industries, water treatment, medical equipment, and agriculture machines.

The front and back ferrules form robust bonding, resulting in effective deformation. It imposes the tubing with excellent durability and sealing after strong compression.

Features

  • Double-ferrule metal to metal sealing, leak-free design.
  • Nut threads are electroplated to reach wear resistance.
  • 316 stainless steel material features resistance to heat, impact, and corrosion.

3/4 inch (19mm) Above: 100 kgf/cm²
Note: The pressure of the Insert is subject to the soft tube. Normally the soft tube is around 10 ~ 15kgs.

  • Suitable Tube O.D.: 1/8 ~ 1 inch, 3 ~ 25mm
