Stainless Tube Fittings Plastic Tubing Insert, Stainless Double Ferrules Tubing Insert, Two-Ferrule Plastic Tubing Insert
316 stainless Steel Tube Fittings Insert is designed for connection use of TEFLON tubing in equipment, component assembly of instrumentation, medical equipment, and agriculture machines. Tubing Insert is aimed to support the tube wall from collapsing when two-ferrule is reinforced to screw tightly. The pressure of the Insert is mainly subject to soft tubing.
♦After pressed the Insert into the soft tube, slide ferrules and nut onto soft tube.
♦ Finger-tighten the nut and then wrench it 1-1/4 turns from the finger-tight position for successful installation.
Features
- Double-ferrule metal to metal sealing, leak-free design.
- Nut threads are electroplated to reach wear resistance.
- 316 stainless steel material features resistance to heat, impact, and corrosion.

3/4 inch (19mm) Above: 100 kgf/cm²
Note: The pressure of the Insert is subject to the soft tube. Normally the soft tube is around 10 ~ 15kgs.
